For each concern in Step 2: Identify, fill in the entire row to establish an overview of how much impact and effort addressing the concern will take. Once each row is complete, a priority matrix will be generated to help visualise the choices at hand. Generally, we recommend choosing items from the top two quadrants and seriously considering how relevant the low-impact concerns are.
Using the completed sheet and the priority matrix, the last column asks you to assign a priority to each concern. This last step is not automated for you: only you can decide what is the best priority ranking for your concerns and situation.
This "priority indication" will be the basis of an action plan in Step 4: Action plan.
